WARRANTY POLICY
– LEAF Grow Lights are covered by a 3 year limited warranty under correct setup and operation.
– Please keep the original box and all packaging materials in the event of return/replacement shipping.
– The warranty covers parts and accessories:
3 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY:
0 – 7 days: Free return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, providing the fixture is undamaged/in original condition.
7 days – 1 year: Replacement parts shipped free of charge.
1 year – 3 years: Replacement part is free of charge, but shipping cost is covered by the customer.

*PLEASE NOTE: Replacement parts ship from China. However, LEAF Grow Lights retains a limited number of replacement lights locally to expedite the process.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUEST – DAY 0-7:
Please send the following details to: leafgrowlights@gmail.com, we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
1. Order screenshot / invoice.
2. Videos and/or pictures of the product issues.
3. Please describe the problem in detail.

LEAF’S RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us. We will respond to your questions within 1 business day.
– Please contact us before returning the product, if you send it back without authorization, it may not be refundable.
– Returns that are not consistent with the warranty policy need to bear the return shipping fee.
– Please keep the original packaging intact and provide pictures to expedite the refund review.
– Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of your refund.

DISCLAIMER
1. The warranty is void if the damage is caused by abnormal use, such as water submersion,
inputting voltage error, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling light, etc.
2. The extent of warranty is ultimately at LEAF’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
3. We only provide a warranty to customers who originally bought the product.
