FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, you can collect your grow light directly from us. Once payment has cleared, we will send you details for collection at your convenience in Pinelands, Cape Town.

Our lights are covered by a 3-year limited warranty under correct setup and operation. For more information, see our full warranty policy, click here.

Our lights arrive fully assembled. Simply attach the 2x rope ratchets to the tent frame and hanging kit to the light, connect to the driver and plug in. It’s your choice to run the driver attached to the light itself or outside/on top of the tent (recommended).

My name is Evan, and I will be your main point of contact. I will always be available to chat and assist with the operation of the grow light, or to to aid you in your growing journey, specifically in relation to optimal lighting and environmental conditions etc.

If I don’t know something, I’ll research the subject for you.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUEST – DAY 0-7:
Please send the following details to: leafgrowlights@gmail.com, we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
1. Order screenshot / invoice.
2. Video and/or pictures of the product issue.
3. Please describe the problem in detail.

LEAF’S RETURN POLICY – DAY 0-7:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us. We will respond to your questions within 1 business day.
– Please contact us before returning the product, if you send it back without authorization, it may not be refundable.
– Returns that are not consistent with the warranty policy need to bear the return shipping fee.
– Please keep the original packaging intact and provide pictures to expedite the refund review.
– Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of your refund.
